Fluorescent penetrant inspection services are offered for inspection of machined, fabricated and welded aerospace components and assemblies as per ASTM E1417 and MIL-STD-6866.

All penetrant materials used are from the qualified product listing as per AMS 2644.

The penetrant testing available are Type 1, Method A, Water-Washable and Type 1, Method D, Post Emulsified.

FPI systems are maintained strictly as per the quality control frequencies required by ASTM E1417 and the specifications of the most of the aerospace engine primes.

The technique sheets are prepared and approved by certified NAS410 Level III

The FPI systems are also in line with NADCAP requirements
